Operator Licence Awareness / Operator Refresher (Managers)

The Traffic Commissioner for the South Eastern and Metropolitan Traffic Area has confirmed that he would be willing to accept evidence of participation in this course as fulfilling the requirement he sometimes imposes at public inquiry to attend an operator’s licence awareness seminar. OLAT
7 hour JAUPT (Joint Approvals Unit for Periodic Training) training session that goes towards the 35 hours needed to gain the full Drivers CPC. This is a requirement for anyone driving a Lorry professionally from 9 September 2014 in addition to an appropriate valid licence. Once you obtain the Driver CPC, you must complete 35 hours of periodic training within the next five years to continue to drive professionally.
